I know hospitals are supposed to be at a certain temperature but I find them too hot.

Last time I was in the first ward was absolutely freezing (double blankets for everyone), transferred and the next ward was completely boiling and I was too hot under a sheet and had to change from trousers to shorts... think there's just a temp regulation issue.

There are defo wards (in my local hosp) which are always colder (staff comments) than others... don't know which I preferred as both (and the change in temp) affected my breathing... ❄️☀️🤔 😅

You are a strong person. I know you don't feel you are, but you have fought so hard. You are entitled to off days. I hope you feel more yourself tomorrow. Remember you have family and friends who care for you. Sending positive thoughts and gentle hugs. I hope you manage some sleep tonight.
