Meds working for me 👌

Hi all hope everyone is doing ok I went for a big walk today and didn't need my blue inhaler my breathing is getting really better now and even better since I haven't had a ciggie for 5 months since I was first diagnosed with asthma

I'm so so thanks, been better but I've been an awful lot on worse too so I'm not complaining. Plan is for an early GP visit tomorrow (joy 😒). Current attitude is chin up, smile and fingers crossed that it all settles down soon! 😄🤞

👏👏👏 well done for giving up the cigarettes I've never smoked but one or 2 of my friends did and they said it was hard giving them up glad you feel good xxx
