Tracye, I moan and groan all the time, most of time don't realize I am, husband asks " You Okay"?

LOL, just comes out ! I actually deal daily with Fibromyalgia and "slight COPD" after 11 days in hospital with pneumonia and 2 blood clots in my lungs. Last visit with pulmonalgist, lung function was 76% and he was happy with that . I use Spirivia inhaler at night and have a rescue inhaler but most of time don't use it. If I am breathing hard or short of breathe then it is because I have been up moving around and doing things and the pain & fatigue from Fibromyalgia tells me i need to stop and sit down also.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year I take spirits as well as loads of others do u find that one helps sorry to hear u been through loads x

Tracye, I take Cymbalta & Hydrocodone (10-325 . Hydro 4 times day. Temasapan for sleep. I use OTC SALON PAST PAIN PATCHES on trigger points. I also use TWO OLD GOATS ( it is a lotion that works well on widespread pain ). You can order thru Amazon, or google to find their website. I also use a Tens Unit . I recently bought a Massage " seat" that has roller balls that really get in the muscles and help loosen up . My heating pad is my best friend, LOL.

Oh god u on lots we have the massage chair with the roller balls but I find it makes it worse the hydro I have iv in London rbh every two months I'm in next Wednesday for 10 Days I have the morphine patch I change every 7 days steroids 40-50 mg everyday can't seem ton lower then I have 4 different inhalers 3!tablets for acid reflux , antihistamine tablets , calcichew for bones and oral morphine,tramadol,paracetamol and nebuliser I think that it they make me rattle like a toy lol I have a tens machine works wonders and heat may what we like

Tracye, Dang auto correct on phone. SALONPAS PAIN PATCH is over the counter life saver.. Can get in 3 different sizes. VERY GOOD for trigger points.

Tracye, Salonpas patches is a topical analgesic patch that contains Camphor, Menthol and Methyl sale ice late. You should be able to buy at drugstore .
