Hi Cutts. B12 is available from most animal products and as a tablet supplement, so you should be able to get at least some by means other than an injection (at least to tied you over). However, I still think your tiredness is due to excessive worry, and your blood tests seem to bear out the fact that you are not anaemic or B12 deficient. As I've said before, see your doctor about your anxiety, rather than rely on blood tests giving you the answer. Believe me, I've been all through this myself!

Sounds like pernicious anaemia. According to this website (patient.info/health/vitamin... the liver will store several months of B12, so it's unlikely you will be deficient that quickly after a missed dose. Just get the jab as soon as you reasonably can and try not too worry about it too much.

Well I wouldn't have put it in quite those words Hay1234 but basically I agree with you. I think you Cutts are suffering from anxiety and need to ask your doctor for help with this. .

As explained to you before on here many times we are not medically trained and cannot give medical advice no matter how many times you ask for it.
