It all depends on what your range is. If you know what your best peak flow is you can work out what percentage 250 is for you. Peak Flow is not a very useful tool unless you keep a long term record. It is very variable in different people.
R
Peak flow is still a very individual thing with variables that affect the reading. Without knowing your peak flow over a period of time it is impossible to say whether that level is bad for you.

So what shall I do? Shall I get a meter thing and keep a diary? I have had a virus
While I agree to some extent with what others have said above, if you feel that your breathing (not your PF) is a lot poorer than it typically has been over the last few months, then you should not delay seeing your gp while you monitor your PF. If your breathing (not PF) is little changed from what you'd normally expect (given your age, health History etc) then you could choose to risk delaying a gp visit or (if in the U.K.) might want to ring an Asthma UK Org Nurse or the 111 Service, each of which provides free advice. However, please keep in mind that I'm no medic and don't take any risks with your health.
Your normal reading all depends on your age and height. Check those against this peak flow chart to find your norm. peakflow.com/top_nav/normal...
Get an urgent appointment with your DR. I don't know what your peak flow should be. However you should get the exact number from your GP, you should get a peak flow meter and a diary asap. You should keep readings and a diary. You should have an action plan. My peak flow helps me know when I have a chest infection.
