Good morning lovely folks. Well I lived through the night with just a trip to bathroom at some point.

Can I just say I would be lost without this forum, especially, as I live alone. I think given what's happened in the last few months with having to be in hospital and externally ventilated, loss or job, partner walking out, it's been a long painful road to this point of recovery. But, I couldn't have gotten through without all of you who offered guidance, support, caring responses and laughter.

Please accept my heart felt gratitude for all of it. After another tearful few days I'm still breathing, literally! πŸ˜‚

Remain blessed and as well as possible. Soft gentle hugs to all xx

F or February for me is going to have to be 'Fabulous Friendship on this Forum.'

Thought for today. Concentrate on the blooming flowers 🌺 and ignore blooming asthma and fibromyalgia!
