Hi All I went on a cruise in May and suffered badly with the air conditioning once i realised it was this was causing the problems. I worked out that I was okay when outside on the ship, as soon as went inside I suffered badly. When I came home I took steroids for a week and quickly improved. I am going on another cruise in March and wondered if I should take steroids anyway or wait till symptoms start. plan to see GP before I go. My asthma nurse on my review in the summer wasn't much help.
