Sorry to hear. Understand what it can be like. I find using nautral HRT helps my meno related symptoms including Asthma. I use Menogest cream. Hope you improve soon, love and prayers ☺

I've found my asthma has got worse this year and last, because I'm sure it's the menopause. I'm 51, and for the first time on daily steroids for now 9 months.

My I add my prays to others. Pollen isn't my friend either. I pray you get the help you need to manage your pre menopausal symptoms (menopause is when everything stops) and pollen. Amen

Menopause sucks. I'm just getting over the other side. Still get hot flushes now and then. Pants to menopause symptoms.
