Sinuses

Thankfully my recent blood tests have shown my heart is healthy. My issues are allergy related - my sinuses are draining into my throat and causing my breathing difficulties. Unfortunately despite being on a high dose of symbicort I can only vigorously exercise while I am taking prednisilone.

Has anybody else had anything similar?

Hi - I am having lots of problems with allergies just now. I'm on symbicort 400 6puffs a day for now and montelukast and antihismine and am just finishing 3rd course of pred. The only exercise I am managing is yoga...

I am trying to cut out sulphites to see if that helps me as I react very randomly to lots of different food (sadly including wine)

I'm seeing asthma nurse on Wed and doc on Friday, hoping they have a bright idea for getting rid of these allergies

Hope you feel better soon 🌸💐

Hope you are feeling better soon. I do not like taking the prednisilone- this will be my fifth course in a year but sadly it's the only thing that works.
