I felt very shaky & panicked when I started Fostair but my body adjusted after a couple of weeks. Now there's just a slight shaky feeling which only lasts a short while. How long have you been on it?

I have been taking it for two years but recently it has been suggested that I take 6 puffs a day.

I am on Fostair and have suffered with anxiety. I did not connect the two until I read something on this group. I also get palpitations but not everyday. I have cut down from two puffs twice a day to one puff twice a day and the anxiety is not quite as bad. However my chest is not that good at the moment because of the cold weather so I may have to increase it again so I will see if the anxiety gets worse again.

My anxiety is not all the time and I really do not feel it comes from really being anxious about anything. O take 6 puffs a day and trying to reduce it.

I have been on it for two years now and have this problem only occasionally. I recently increased the dose to 6 puffs a day. On very good days my peak flow is 350 but more often it goes down to 250 if I do not take the medication.

I started with Fostair about 4 months ago and had palpitations and the shakes. Still get them now but definitely not as bad.

I hope you will benefit from it. I just wanted to know whether my experience is mine alone. My doctor totally ignores the idea that it could be the fostair medication.

I'm sure it's the Fostair, I was on the brown inhaler before, no similar symptoms. Perhaps as you get used to the increased dosage it will all settle down.

No problems here with Fostair (even 8 puffs daily) but when I've had very high dose of the blue then I've had racing heart, wakefulness, etc.
