If you have an iPhone there is a free one built into the the Health app. Exporting data is a little bit fiddly but if that's something you want to do let me know & I will post up how to do it.
I use a free one called asthmaMD, it's not perfect but the one I found best for my needs.
I tried both the iPhone/health one and asthmaMD. Both good but I have stuck with the asthmaMD one because I found it easy to keep track of all my medications, plus I prefer the PF graph.
I use Asthma MD
I use Asthma MD, doesn't suit me perfectly as my consultant written plan has 4 zones and Asthma MD has 3 but they do update it often and seem to respond to feedback. PS think most plans have 3 zones so maybe it's me being awkward!
