Good morning all hope u all doing ok I have rough night and hospital really not place to get sleep so going to try and have a nap today in between visitors as very tired still breathless but getting there have good day everyone

I wish you a speedy recovery, myself, I will be admitted to hospital for an operation to release a trap nerve on Tuesday of next week, and I am dreading it. Hospital is a challenging place, so keep your nerve, hopefully it will over soon.

Oh no good luck with that I'm used to coming in here now second home it's either my local ruh bath where I am now or Royal Brompton London got two homes lol all nurses know me here and in a&e I'm part of the furniture even got my own mug hope all goes well for u

Hi Josephantoine just a little tip i learned wheñ I get panicky I concentrate on my breathing, how cold the air is going in and how warm it is when you breathe out it does work good luck next week ♥♥♥
