Hi i wonder if anyone can advise me? I have severe brittle asthma, with home oxygen/nebs, Prednisolone and all the trimmings, oxygen sats finger unit/peak flow etc..i am interested in checking my feno levels?.

You would need a feno machine like they use in clinic this checks the nitrogen oxide in your breath which shows the inflammation in the airways they are very expensive some hospitals will lend you one to monitor feno at home.
