No sleep

Terrible night last night with chest not slept at all. Upped my pumps not much help so a very quiet day today as these flare ups leave me exhausted. Hope everyone had a better night .

Hi Paula

I am too struggling today after another day and night of a tight chest

Come into work - with my nebuliser in tow - and feeling like I have done ten rounds in the boxing ring!

Really odd as I feel like I have a heavy chest but I am not wheezing but as soon as I walk anywhere I feel done in and then panic that I cant breathe!

So yes like you I feel exhausted and am sending you a big hug!
