Asthma Trigger
Hi,
As nat8908 says, yes it definitely can, and it does with me. I have a couple of routine things I do which help me to stay on top of the problem;
1). Always towel down showers/baths after use and open the window. Mould loves warm and damp conditions, towelling down and opening windows helps to counter the ideal conditions in which it thrives
2). Open windows to your bedroom every morning to air our your bedroom (even if it's only for half an hour or so). It is particularly important to do this in winter when you are likely to get condensation on the windows. I always towel the windows down to get rid of the worst of the condensation before I open them, just as an extra precaution.
Hope this helps

Hi, a dehumidifier can also keep mold at bay and hence no asthma. See more @ purelifestylewonders.com/de...
Yes. It certainly can.I have to be careful to keep bathroom clear of mould and I find using a non toxic shower spray after every shower or bath very effective. I also open bedroom windows every day and keep windows condensation free.
I also have an air filter which I switch on an hour or so before bed but off when sleeping due to noise. This definitely helps me.
