Morning exercise and inhalers question

Hi

I've noticed that I struggle in the evening so wasn't to start working out in the morning. Can I use both my inhalers (Symbicort and ventolin) at similar times (5 mins apart).

Not sure its about 4 years since i was on symbicot. Either check with GP or ring asthma uk helpline. I have heard of symbicot smart regime but can't remember what it was. Sorry not much help there.

I don't know about symbicort specifically but i know i've used my preventer and reliever close together - don't know now whether i should've done LOL

I can't see it being a problem but as loulou says maybe ask someone who *should* know the answer

I have used my relever and proventer/protector inhealer together before. I know asthma nurse at guys says best to use relever first and wait 5 mins before using other one. The same if using relever nebulizers.
