Pain Relief Gels and Creams

Hi,

My wife has asthma but also has a prolapsed disk in her neck. She was wondering what people use for pain relief creams and Gels as most of them seem to be bad for asthmatics?

Any thoughts ?

I find ibuprofen gel sets my asthma off unfortunately

They are only bad for asthmatics if you are in that percentage of people with asthma who have NSAID sensitivity. I am. So I can't use any creams/gels which have NSAIDS in them such as ibuprofen or diclofenac. I use white flower oil, it's like a really strong version of deep heat but it's a non greasy oil rather than the ointment of deep heat.
