Wheezing but SATs good??

Hi,

Just wondered about this as we haven't faced it before..maddie has really good sats for her but she was sitting next to me this evening and I could hear her wheezing. She was also coughing a really tight asthma cough. She has complained the last couple of days that her chest feels strange and has been more breathless again. Usually her sats would correspond with these symptoms but strangely tonight they seemed ok.

Anyone else had this??
