Asthma and stoppy lungs confusion

Hi all

Yesterday having a lovelly day out with husband at an exhibition and was struggling to breathe all morning by early afternoon got captured by a little green man i ended up on oxygen and neb low bp to start with high heart rate good sats typical of my asthma and just short of breath all day, i felt asthough my lungs could not expand. i am a cough varient asthmatic i was coughing but not as much as i usually do. i feel better today but even this morning walking round i felt short of breath i don't know what to do about my inhalters - preventer. This time it has confused me and not quite sure which way to turn has anyone else experienced this
