Hi my name is jackie and I have a13 year old daughter who has suffered with severe brittle asthma since she was about 2 and I am only just finding out about websites and help like asthma uk.I have been coping with her asthma on my own and it has been a struggle.

Firstly, welcome!

I cannot speak for the parents of children with asthma or brittle asthma, but as an adult sufferer (with adult onset brittle asthma) I can relate to the need for a place of advice and support like this site.

I hope you find it as helpful and supportive as I have
