Aerochamber Plus

Does anyone know if I should perform tidal wave breathing with my aerochamber plus?

I was told by the consultant and respiratory physio's to just breathe in and out normally through it

Thanks. I just got it the other day, so I wanted to make sure I used it right, because I know you're not supposed to breath into the inhalers.

My aerochamber plus has a one way valve so I can't do the tidal breathing (which is what I do with the volumatic spacer), so I either inhale and hold breath for 10 seconds or breathe in through aerochamber then breath out away from it and repeat several times.
