I have not looked at the site for a while so a bit confused I think.
I always thougth the medical section was for health care professionals to discuss practice, issues etc.
Has this changes now? Is there no longer a strand for this.
However, really like the new look much better.

Hi Ann,
Welcome back! I think (though I wouldn't know for sure as not one myself) that there's a totally different forum for health care professionals which isn't open to the public. As far as I know this bit has always been for general members to discuss specific medical questions eg about medication or side effects.
Hello and welcome back ann,
Well as you have seen things have changed with the new forum in April resulting from IT contracts ending. Private Messaging is the only non working feature of the board with new ones such as thanks, watching topics, moderator ability to move posts to correct places etc. It is currently disabled because PM moderating tools on the old board are not available plus problems with emails.
Anyway, I can see that you have posted previously in the health professionals area (now listed below Medical) but now have no access on the new forum. Can you see your previous posts there? We as moderators cannot do so but I will get this access issue looked at. The best email contact is the webeditor at webeditor@asthma.org.uk.
