Weird triggers

My peak flow took a bit of a dive this morning when I accidently inhaled toothpaste froth. [Stupid face]. Didn't struggle too much to get over it, but it got me thinking about weird triggers.

One of my weird ones is toast, it doesn't even have to be overdone. What are your weird triggers? Would love to know.

I think there's a whole thread on this called 'daft triggers'! Will find and bump...but you defo aren't the only one!

Can't think of any weird ones offhand, but sure I have them...
