Cough Variant Asthma- its struck me for the first time in 6 months :(

I've been monitored for the last 2 years after a really bad time when I had costochondritis, bronchitis and was admitted to hospital coughing up blood. (The GP had told me to take paracetamol - i was diagnosed with the itis's at hospital)

The hospital have been good but have failed to work out why i start coughing, and when I start i cough and cough till i am nearly blue and have wet myself (maybe too much information - sorry!) Since I've been going to the hospital I havent really had any bad attacks - till now.

It started last night and no amount of ventolin seems to stop it and my lungs are hurting so much.

Is there anyone else who has CVA who has any advice?
