Chest pain when breathing out

Anyone suffered with chest pain on one side when breathing out? Only slightly short of breath but went to the gym earlier and breathing out is really quite painful since I've come back.

Yes, i get slight chest pain, funnily only left side, I've questioned this before with the nurse, and she's said as long as it goes away don't worry, but it was a subject that came up on here before, and no one could get a sensible answer. All i can say is, if it's nothing that bothers you, and you are fine breathing and it does go away, it could be down to physical exertion, but if you're worried, short of breath, tight chest etc, then do get help GP or NHS direct if you just want piece of mind.
