hi all..........well im new to asthma was only diagnosed after having severe chest infection / bronchitus......now my asthma seems to rule my everyday life....cant dust..smell flowers anymore..go cycling...doctors trying to get it under control slowly.....

hey , hope you are coping and feeling ok, asthma can take along time to settle down my cons has tole me 6mths to a year - im not tryin to scare you but this is only what I VE been yold hopefullt it'll be shorter for you. Also try not to let asthma rule your life it's hard i know but there are ways to get round it and in time you will learn or adapt and hopefully you should be able to lead an active life as symptom free as poss as that is the aim of asthma treatmeant!
