That breathing into a paper bag was no longer recommended for Panic Attacks, and that if your asthmatic you SHOULDN'T use them.

I only found this out (after 3 years of suffering from anxiety/panic attacks) after reading the leaflet Anxiety & Asthma.

Have to say one of the website they have listed for help isn't helpful at all as I was a member of it and it made me ten times worse, was having more Panic Attacks than before I joined. Each person is different though mind you. But from my experiences of it I wouldn't be recommending it myself.
