always take the peakflows before your inhalers, and preferably no reliever within the previous 4 hours if you can.
I've been doing mine daily since I was diagnosed, chart looks quite interesting.
I will never understand peak flows. This morning PF 270. Spent a day in town. Brisk three quarters of a mile walk home from station left me peching. Checked PF 370! How come?
Peak flows totally confuse me too, mine is 350 which is normal but I can't walk very far without having to use inhalers! I always do peak flow before meds to get a true reading.But always looks good even when I can barely breath.

Wow...rattles...you've no idea what it means that you've said that...i found that lately and was begining to think I was going mad. I used to sing so im used to holding and forcing longer or harsher breaths out so I found I can sorta confuse my peakflow. I have to try really hard to get an actual reading not a forced one.
