hi all

I havent been on for a few weeks. Still up and down with my asthma and am back at the drs tomorrow to see the asthma nurse. The seretide is working but its not 100%. Not sure what to say about it to the asthma nurse as its helping but not enough

Tell them exactly that, the Seretide is helping but not enough. Just be honest with them, they'll probably ask you the usual stuff about frequency and severity of symptoms, reliever use and identifying triggers so they have a good idea of how you are and they can adjust your treatment accordingly.

yeah as im still missing my dance classes and i just want be normal again or even what type of asthma i have as i dont know
