meeting at work

I have a meeting at work today, it is a sickeness review meeting and I am petrified. I have union support but things are very tricky between myself and my workplace. I think really caused by lack of understanding about the impact my asthma has on me. Will be so glad when it is all over, and I can focus again.

Honey, that's great. Don't try to go back too quickly, though.

xx

only need to work a few days before end of july - then whole of august of and back to work part time in september- this is all dependent on lungs behaving. But it is good to feel valued enough that people willing to make changes for me. It has been a long hard fight but is something I have felt I needed to do. GP and consultant both agreed that it is the best thing...but I promise lovely people that I wont do anything to quickly. :) You have all been so supportive thank you and a huge hug to you all.

Congratulations on outcome of your meeting - I'm so pleased for you. It must be a relief. Big hugs. xxx

i am sure all be well, u be back in no time :)

Honey, great news, so glad it went well! Crossed fingers that all works out and your lungs behave - give them a stern talking-to in your best 'teacher' voice ;)

Do you think lungs respond well to time out?

I don't think you want to encourage them down that route - detention would be better, they have to stay in and work!
