merry christmas everyone!

On christmas eve i went to the doctors who told me I have another chest infection and when I asked him if there was anything I could do to stop picking up all these infections he said 'stay away from people who sneeze!!!' thought that was quite funny especially considering i work with children!

if only! ive been told to avoid sneezing people (ok not possible in a town centre or around kiddies) and make sure people wash their hands when around me, which is possible, but when you have a 9 year old who doesnt like washing his hands, its an uphill battle

LOL oh dear. That'd have me trying to keep the 2yo (and 5 & 7yo's!) away from me for a while... aint happenin'!

Hope you're feeling a bit better

Yes, docs can be so ""funny""!

When I was really bad with the asthma triggered by hayfever in the summer one doc told me I ""should stay indoors""!!! Ok, who's going to earn the money for me then?? I then kindly asked him if he could prescribe me an airtight bubble that I could put over my head. Haha!

The joys of talking to overpaid and no-idea-what-they-are-talking-about doctors...

When I was at University many years ago, one of the doctors at the surgery told me to avoid the library because books can be very dusty! What did he think students did??

It would be funny if he wasn't so serious.

My doctor runs an asthma clinic and he's dumb, too.
