lumpy throat

Hi everyone hope you all ok today, i woke yesterday with a lump in my throat, thought it would ware off, today it feels like i have something stuck in my throat, any ideas don't want to go back to doc if i can help it, weird xx

Hello, I`ve just joined today. I have thyroid and acid reflux problems, both conditions can give this feeling to the point it`s difficult to swallow tablets sometimes. Have you got any soreness or pain?

Hi Julia,

Sometimes the side effects of the steroid inhaler can increase from a sore throat/hoarse voice to a feeling of lumps in your throat.

Thanks for the replies, i take med for acid reflux, and i have had thyroid problems in the past, i think i'll go to doc ask for blood test in case thyroid playing up again, it hurts when i drink, i've just taken my steroid spray inhaler and that feels sore, cheers again x
