Just a thought this probably isn't a good idea, as the persons doctor may question compliance as they won't have orderd the correct amount of inhalers. However I tend to get switched between symbicort and seretide quite a bit, so maybe just keep them as you might get switched back to Seretide before there expiry date.

just a thought, but I work at a hospital and we send our out of date stock to a charity to send to 3rd world countries, there may be somewhere like that which could use your spare inhalers? Maybe you could ask the pharmacy? I know what you mean though, i have a good collection of unopened in date inhalers!!
