Does anyone else feel as if someone has poured acid into their throat and lungs when they get a cold and cough .... mine is on fire and people i have mentioned it to look at me as if I'm potty lol

Maybe you are potty lol

I often feel as though my throat and lungs are red hot / burning sensation, especially when I have cold, I do occasionally suffer from reflux as well which can incur similar feelings.

I wouldn't know how it felt to have acid poured into my throat and lungs but would imagine it not a pleasent experience and not advisable lol.

lol Mark, as of yet I havent tried the acid test ... but it cant be any worse than this lol .. Glad but sad that someone else feels this way .. Ruby x

Thankfully i dont feel like ive drunk acid, but i do suffer with reflux.

That makes me feel like ive burnt my throat.

Perhaps this is causing the sensations you describe
