Earlier this evening I had the out of hours doctor to me who gave me 6 nebs in order for my asthma attack to settle down, since then I have been feeling woozy and wondered if this is normal after that amount of nebs.

I think you are much more likely to feel woozy because Asthma can really wear you out, so surprised he didn't get you admitted with that amount of nebs to get your attack under control. I feel the safest thing would be to call the out of hours doctor service explain what has happened this evening and tell them how you feel now.
