Great, they've decided to paint the walls at work AND they've cut the grass, cue stroppy lungs! Already dropped my pf by 150 coz of a silly cold, so could have really done without it! Oh well, close friends with nelly and Mr Blue today then.

Sorry for the rant!

Oh dear, I do sympathise with you! Is there any way you can stay away from the paint at least? Also, do you need a GP/clinic appointment to review your meds, with the pollen starting? Hope you're feeling a bit better x

Hi Booboo

How you doing? Friend of mine had problems with renovation work and asthma recently. Personally if I were you I'd speak with your manager to see if you can relocate to a different office away from the work whist it is going on and for a sufficient period of time after it has finished.

Hope you get on ok, please see your GP re your other post today especially if the renovations are going on at work. the more it's documented that you are having problems the better for you.

take care x

I know what you mean!

at school, cut grass = painful chest + breathing difficulties x discomfort

TAKE THAT MATHS TEACHER!

Thanks for your replies. Unfortunately I work in a hospital so have to work in the same clinic so can't get away from the paint. Fortunately, I only have tomorrow to go, then I'm off for a couple of days so hopefully the fumes will clear.

Haven't officially got hayfever, just know if I sit on grass I get a rash, and if there's cut grass, it tightens my chest up. But I never thought, maybe this blocked sinus thing could be down to pollen.

The tickly cough has turned into a deep chesty cough now, where you feel it scratch when you cough, and get a funny taste afterwards. Pf heading down too, about 68%, so ringing docs in morn, hopefully get in before the weekend.,
