Helminthic therapy

It turns out the subject is well developed, there is even a Wikipedia page on it, here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helmi....

Anyone with first hand experience, perhaps as a research subject at Nottingham?

Hi josconrad,

I'm familiar with the Nottingham trial, and know of a couple of people who are on it, but was turned down myself - most of the trials of new treatment tend to exclude brittle asthma. I've not really heard any initial news about how its going, but will be awaiting the results with interest.

There are many people with asthma who are benefitting from helminthic therapy, as can be seen from the reports by helminth self-treaters at the following link.
