Hello! I am a student in year 13 doing an Extended Project on the causes of asthma, and have made a questionnaire to help me with my research. Could you please fill it in (the links are below)? Any responses or feedback would be much appreciated.

All the information you give me will obviously be anonymous, and will only be used for my Extended Project (a 5000 word essay on a topic of my choice- asthma - as part of my AQA Baccalaureate)
