Why is it I always bag myself a festive cold ! Possibly the worst timing ever my busiest week includin lots of work !

Eggnog! Sorry, couldn't resist...head in a bowl with steam? Though be careful in case that makes it worse, does with me.

You're not alone. I thought I had a cold Friday, but unfortunately that's turned into a chest infection and really exacerbated my asthma. So now I'm on the antibiotics and prednisolne and feeling like a bit of a space cadet. I have no energy, and I was meant to be seeing Rihanna at the O2 tonight. Bahumbug!!
If you have a shower - the steam can be very helpful and then take your daily puffers straight after. I find this helps me!
