Cold coming??

I think i have a cold coming boo hoo!!! All my family have had it. I will be interested to see how my new management plan helps.

I've got my steroids on standby & i'll up dose my seretide.I also started Montelulast after i was poorly with my last virus. So i should be ok. If i am it will reallt boost my confidence.

everyone in my school has one, im just waiting to be hit with it. Hopefully i wont though cause i have exams coming up.

Sr=trange i feel great again. I had last week off work. Since i've been back i've had a sore throat. I'm blaming the air con now. You can't beat fresh air!!!

i was like that last week but fine by sunday so put it down to hayfever as the pollen is very high at the moment.
