general advice needed

hey peeps

since i went back to work on thur my asthma hasn't been to great but has been manageable (goin back to docs on mon) had a few wee probs at work when i've had to leave my desk etc. my onfidence has now totaly gone and i'm really worrie its going to get like being in tesco again and i don't know what to do. I feel like i'm tuning into a wreck. arghh
