Saw other good GP this morning as my usual one (the good but depressing one) is away.
He hasn't seen me since November when I had the cough but was otherwise a lot better than now - think I shocked him a little! Especially since I came in so short of breath he thought I'd been running (haha), then told him I'd been sitting in the waiting room and wasn't seeing him for my breathing. We didn't get onto the actual reason I was there (more anti-dizziness tablets as dizziness/fluey feeling still there) until I'd told him I was seeing the resp cons again on 11th August and he'd listened to my chest (which was of course clear - I did tell him I don't usually wheeze). Usual thing re PF - 'well if your PF is 540 then it can't be that causing symptoms' - did tell him good for me is over 600...
May have been good timing - he wants me to come and see him again after I see the resp cons to keep him updated, asked what tests I'd had and think he'll be a better advocate, if I need one, than the other GP - tbh that's all they can do right now so I need them to be good about chasing people who might have a solution.
