Has anyone got any experience of asthma being improved by yoga classes? Mum's been suggesting I give it a go to try and de-stress and improve breathing.

Do take it steady, I did Pilates for a long time and found it brilliant, until I overdid it and really hurt my back!!

Sounds like good advice as I've already had a back problem before! Just trying to get on top of this latest set back - been really down and so stressed about what HR will say about being off again. You know how it can get. Thanks x
