Inhalers
Take it you mean Seretide. I've had that one for the last year or so.
Edit: as above.
Edit: For some reason best known to itself. My answer posted itself four times. D'oh! Sorry Gracie.
Edit: as above
i have the purple seretide inhaler
I used to have the red Symbicort inhaler, which is the same idea as the purple Seretide (a combination of a long-acting reliever and steroid), but have since had my medications jiggled around a bit, so I'm no longer on it.
Why do you ask?
My son has the purple one, seretide.
i asked because i wanted to see how regular it was because i have just been changed to it
hi,Have you been given a spacer to use so gets in better and brush teeth after as can give some people thrush ?xxx
more people are being switched to the combination inhalers as it's easier for people to use and less error prone. personally I hate them and prefer the separate inhalers as it give you more freedom to up the steroid in times of need without upping the LABA component which has unwanted side effects.
i fell foul to a error from the doctor not knowing the differance between inhalers.
i asked for a sertide 500, but the doc, did not know about this inhaler, gave me a prescription for sertide 50, which looking on the internet is same as a blue ventolin, but in purple.
so always check.
