I've been having a rough time and have been seriously multidosing with my blue inhalers, I use a spacer with it. my full mouth is really sore and I have quite a lot of ulcers. my dentist said my oral hygiene is spot on, so I don't think its anything to do with that. is there anything I can do, or try to prevent ulcers and soreness?

Have you checked whether you might have a bit of oral thrush or something like that that's causing the mouth ulcers?
I used to get really bad mouth ulcers especially when my immune system was low. I used this medicated mouthwash from the chemist (it wasn't corsadyl but something like that) and took vitamins to boost up my immunity.
Feel your pain though, i think mouth ulcers are nearly worse than anything else sometimes!
Hi, I sympathise, I have some ulcers at the moment too. Must rinse out your mouth after using inhalers to take away any residue of drug from your mouth. The ulcers are miserable especially when trying to enjoy something to eat. Hope it improves. K.
i dont have anything constructive to say (sorry) but just thought id sympathize along with everyone else on the ulcers problem. mine are long term on skin and in nose (wich strangely also causes pain in my mouth). i hope things improve for you soon.

I'll try rinse my mouth out afterwards. the only time I've noticed I've had a sore mouth is after I've been in hospital on a lot of nebs. I thought washing your mouth out was only recommended for steroid inhalers. thank you.
