COPD (Asthma)

I have just been told that I have COPD and have been given a new medication with another inhaler so that is now three I am using.

i have just been given Spiriva has anyone else had any thing they can advise me if anyone has used this I can't get my head round this.

Can you help if you have used this inhaler.

Spiriva is a broncho dilator which opens up ur airways.similar to your blue reliever. It last for 24 hours so you only use it once a dAy. It's getting used a lot more in the treatment for asthma.
