has anyone any tips of how to sneeze pain free when out and about. Keep sneezing at the mo and each sneeze is followed by an ouch as it hurts my chest. Sheets etc may be good idea but not v practical when at work doing a clinic. LOL

Hi Katherine,
Sorry to hear that sneezing is so painful - do you know why, have you mentioned it to your doctor? It might just be intercostal muscle strain/spasm, but you might want to get a chest infection ruled out if you're getting this sort of pain and you haven't seen a doctor.
Otherwise - I guess supporting your chest with your hands is probably the best I can suggest. A sneeze can sometimes be suppressed if you press your finger along your top lip under your nose.
