allergies?
feeling bad
Me too, must be the weather. Didn't know that thunderstorms could make symptoms worse until recently. Last night we had a terrible storm with thunder and lightening. Looked up the pollen count for my area and its still classed as high despite all the rain etc. Might be another reason why you are also having problems.
Keep an eye on it and if it doesn't improve maybe you've been near something else causing it to play up.
hope you start feeling better soon, take care

Thunder storms a classic trigger that not too amny aware off!!
A hosp a and e in london a few yrs back did a 24hr study after a thunder storm of asthma attack admission and it went up by 40%?
A the pressure is the atmosphere affect us
B after the storm spores are realised into the air.
Advice is keep in doors with windows closed and have medication handy.
Ive been having small attacks for two days with weather and infection, just hope antibs kick in soon and weather gets better or can predict big one coming!! arghhhhhhhhhhh

Definately the weather.
Also rain and thunder storms can make the pollen worse as when the weather cools initially, it brings all the pollen back down to earth and also the electrical astmosphere plus rain can break up the pollen grains into even smaller particles and thus getting deeper into the lungs.
