hi glynis
when my lungs are painful/inlfamed i find that hot hugs help! they are teddy bears and you heat the cushion inside of their tummys, it is like a hot water bottle and i find it soothing when i put a hot hug on my chest!
I go with the 'hot hugs' too. Hot drinks seem to help me as well.
