How long do you guys normally get colds for? cause mine has lasted for over a week and I'm still drowning in phlegm and they normally last for a few days. also does anyone have any tips to help with congestion?

i can have a cold anywhere from 2 weeks to a month, but thats because of my appauling lack of immunity. Try Vicks Vapour rub or Olbus oil ( which if you get rib ache from coughing, it can soothe that too 
)
